With collaboration of All of Grace Baptist Church, Rooted is built on two foundational Scriptures that beautifully illustrate what it means to be deeply rooted in Christ:
Psalm 1 describes the blessed person who delights in God’s Word and meditates on it day and night. Like a tree planted by streams of water, they yield fruit in season, their leaves do not wither, and whatever they do prospers in the ways that truly matter to God.
Colossians 2:6–7 urges us: “As you therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.”
These passages together capture the heart of our ministry—helping believers live deeply rooted in Christ, growing stronger in faith, bearing lasting fruit, and overflowing with gratitude no matter the season of life.
Every gathering centers on Scripture, honest conversation, and practical teaching that helps you establish deep roots in Jesus Christ so you can live a steady, fruitful, and joy-filled life. The topics we explore—growing in Jesus Christ, discovering God’s unique purpose for you right now, building authentic community, stewarding your time and gifts, and deepening your understanding of our Savior through His Word—are essential truths that apply to every phase of the Christian journey. The topics we explore are foundational truths that form the root of the Christian life, essential in every phase and season, yet they take on particular urgency during singleness—a season when the desire for marriage can sometimes overshadow from seeking Christ above all.
This ministry is geared toward singles and thoughtfully addresses the unique opportunities and experiences that come with singleness. Our aim is to keep Jesus Christ at the center, pursuing Him wholeheartedly, growing in spiritual maturity, and living faithfully in the season He has entrusted to you. The goal is to help you flourish in Him—anchoring your identity, purpose, and joy in Christ alone.
